How to Order

How to order online:

1. Search for the product you want either by:
   • word search
   • species and then select the category
2. Select the product, click on the add to cart icon and your product will be put into the shopping basket.  To continue shopping, repeat the process.
3. After completion of shopping, select the tab “My Cart” - this will take you to the page where you complete your personal details.
4. For international clients airmail is the only option, however courier can be arranged on request. South African customers have the choice of airmail or counter to counter courier.
5. You pay online using your Mastercard or Visa credit card.  Please note that this is a Safeshop and details are secure.  This facility ensure quick efficient and secure payment for goods and delivery. 
6. You will receive by email a confirmation of your order.  If by some chance you do not receive confirmation, please notify thevet@vetproductsonline.co.za

How to order by email or fax:

1. Email your order to  thevet@vetproductsonline.co.za  or send a fax to 086 573 6184 or 033 263 1751
2. Ensure that your delivery address and contact details are on the order as well as your shopping list.  Note: you can copy and paste the order from the website to email.
3. Payment can be made by EFT, direct deposit, and fax or email  confirmation of payment.   Alternatively, you can fax your credit card details (number, expiry date and cvc numbers) for a manual transaction in the office.

Payment

1. The online safeshop system is a secure payment portal.
2. All prices are quoted in South African Rands. Prices on the website exclude VAT and postage costs.  Postage costs are calculated at the ordering placement stage, based on country and weight of the parcel to be delivered. 
3. VAT is not applicable on orders outside of South Africa.  
4. Approximate conversion rates to the US Dollar, British Pound and Euro are shown with the description of each individual product.   Costs of the purchase will be charged at the conversion rate of the day and this amount will be reflected on your credit card statement.

Delivery

International:

1. Airmail – this is the only option on line for international orders.
2. Courier – by arrangement only.
3. Delivery Time – 2-3 weeks.

South Africa:

1. Airmail – this is the normal postal delivery service for South African customers and is facilitated by use of a tracking number.
2. Courier – Vet Products Online uses Speed Services and the online quote is a counter to counter service.  The tracking number enables you to collect the parcel at your post office after 10.30am the following day.  This option is for South African customers only. Counter to door courier service can be arranged by contacting thevet@vetproductsonline.co.za
3. Arranged collection – if you prefer to use your own courier company, contact thevet@vetproductsonline.co.za  to arrange collection.
4. Delivery Time – 4-5 working days

Insurance

Insurance is not automatically included in delivery costs. Please contact thevet@vetproductsonline.co.za for insurance options.

Registration

Registration is not necessary to shop online, but does facilitate a quick re-ordering system

Registration is available for your convenience and automatically creates a shortlist to facilitate future shopping.
Registration is there for your convenience and automatically creates a shortlist to facilitate future shopping.   By logging in, you are able to view your recent and regular shopping products.  This shortlist will speed up your shopping experience as a list of your favorite items will be displayed as well as the latest prices for each of the products listed.
Shoppers can alter the list by adding products or amending the tick box and recalculating the order.
You will receive registration confirmation and details of registration by return email.
